Job summary

The RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Regional HR Manager for a hands-on role in East Greenville, PA. You will partner with leadership to address HR needs, manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle across the organization.

With 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or distribution, you will coach managers on performance, engagement, and productivity while implementing HR programs and policies in a compliant, proactive fashion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.

THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing Manufacturing/Distribution company to identify a Regional HR Manager who will play a key role in supporting leadership and employees across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as a trusted HR business partner, resolving employee relations matters, supporting talent initiatives, and helping implement effective HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and address HR needs.
