Louisiana Department of Health seeks a Lead strategic HR advisor to partner with executive leadership. You will guide recruitment, employee relations, classification and compensation, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR policy to align people strategies with organizational goals.
You will coordinate HR programs, ensure compliance with Civil Service rules and laws, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex personnel matters.
