• Create learning and development programs for internal growth

Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier manufacturing site located near SPringfield MO. This is one of the most recognizable brand names in the Industry. The HR Manager will support to the organization by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws. This position reports into the General Manager and will serve as an important link between management & plant teams to align HR strategies with company goals.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Partners with the leadership team and Corporate Office HR team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee employee corrective action meetings, discharges, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Reviewing, auditing, and approving timecards, ensuring accuracy in hours worked and overtime.
• Acting as a point of contact for payroll inquires, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with audits.
• Compliance with OSHA and healthy and safety regulations to foster a safe work environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree - Preferred
• Professional Human Resources Certifications (PHR/SHRM)
• Previous Human Resources experience in Manufacturing - Strong Generalists will be considered
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
