Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Human Resources Representative at the Reno Branch to support employees, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliant HR processes.

This on-site role collaborates with recruiting, coordinates onboarding, assists with benefits and leave administration, and promotes engagement through events and programs at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Workday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
