What You Will Do as a Human Resources Manager:
This management position is responsible for managing all areas of HR and payroll for select Distribution Centers including employment, staffing, diversity, EEOC/Affirmative Action, employee relations, training and development, benefit and compensation administration and compliance with state and federal requirements. Responsible for the implementation and execution of HR projects and programs.
The Human Resources Manager is accountable for creating a high performing work culture that is an integral part of achieving the Workwear objectives. this includes the management of the overall HR function for select Distribution Centers: workforce planning and recruiting strategies, employment engagement plans, ensuring effective administration of benefit and compensation plans, managing development training initiatives, ensuring effective DC specific policies and procedure etc.
