Job Description: We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join us at our Milton, PA plant location.

As the HR Manager, reporting to our Director of Human Resources, you will lead and develop the employee and labor relations strategy for our Milton facility. You will collaborate with plant leaders to lead strategic HR programs within the plant. You will also work with plant leaders to help the site achieve its goals and metrics. You will drive culture improvements, analyze workforce data and HR metrics, and lead the HR team.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with plant leaders to define and implement the local HR strategy, including talent needs assessment, sourcing strategy, employee experience improvement, training needs identification, and organizational goal alignment.
  • Align plant HR strategies with organizational goals, oversee HR programs, and provide strategic guidance on talent management, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify insights that inform decisions and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including interviews, assessments, and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Lead the HR team to support their development and growth.
  • Manage employee relations, conduct local investigations, and provide counsel on resolutions.
  • Foster relationships with union and labor leaders, supporting negotiations and labor relations.
  • Engage with employees on the plant floor, providing coaching, feedback, and promoting a positive work environment.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment with 500+ employees
  • Experience with ERISA, EEOC, DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communication, and management skills
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation, labor law, and organizational development
  • Ability to analyze trends and data for insights
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or UKG
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and peers
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
