Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year coordinating human resource paperwork.
• Verbal ability to receive and communicate complete and accurate information.

• Work with Administrative team to build and manage the HR functions of the organization.
• Coordinate and assist with the recruitment of qualified staff for open positions.
• Manage/maintain local HR functions and paperwork for employees.
• Oversee payroll in gathering and processing payroll data, communicating with employees and resolving payroll issues.
