Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year coordinating human resource paperwork
• Verbal ability to receive and communicate complete and accurate information
• Human relations skills to use tact and diplomacy in contracts with the persons served and knowledge of employment laws
