Job summary

Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital at Overland Park is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, benefits, training, and employee relations in a hospital setting.

You will develop and administer HR policies, advise management and staff on HR questions, and drive programs for safety, compensation, and health and wellness while supporting a collaborative, inclusive workplace with a competitive rewards package.

Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
