Location

Tulsa, OK

Pay Range

Base pay: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Job Duties

• Manage employee and labor relations, training, organizational development and effectiveness, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Responsible for benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy and procedure compliance, record keeping, and payroll support.
• Processes new hire paperwork and employee changes such as promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources.
• 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
