We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead HR function who can operate both strategically and hands‑on.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
  • Drive performance management and talent development programs
Hands‑On HR Operations
  • Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
  • Manage payroll processes with expertise in ADP Payroll
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) for accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Talent Management & Development
  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Design and deliver leadership development and training programs
  • Support career development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure development
  • Oversee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual renewals
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance total rewards programs
Analytics & Reporting
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision‑making
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong leader with sound and trustworthy judgement
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years of leadership responsibilities
  • Strong experience with ADP Payroll and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
