Job Details

We are looking for an experienced HR manager to step in as a true business partner to leadership and help scale our people processes for the next phase of the company.
This is a high-visibility, “big picture” HR leadership role with a mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution. The right individual will bring experience supporting growth, ideally including M&A integration or multi-site environments, while being comfortable owning everything from organizational design to compliance and safety.

What You’ll Own

Serve as the lead HR partner to executive leadership, aligning people strategy with business growth goals
Lead and/or support M&A integration efforts (onboarding, policy alignment, cultural integration)
Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Drive improvements in organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
Partner with operations leadership on safety programs, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Evaluate and upgrade HR systems, policies, and processes to support scale
Coach managers on leadership, employee issues, and performance expectations
Ensure compliance across multi-state labor laws and manufacturing environments

What We’re Looking For

5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels ("roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset)
Experience supporting company growth, acquisitions, or integrations strongly preferred
Background touching safety programs or EHS collaboration (direct ownership is a plus)
Strong working knowledge of Washington labor laws and HR compliance
Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive change in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces, ideally in a production setting

Why This Role

Opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership position with direct visibility to ownership/executive team
Chance to help shape the next phase of growth for a long-standing, respected manufacturer
Mix of strategy + execution where you are not siloed
Stable organization with strong reputation, now entering an expansion phase
