Astemo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development to meet business goals while maintaining a safe, high-performing workforce.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and HRIS analytics, ensuring fair processes and an inclusive culture across all employee levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in manufacturing.
  • Proven success in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
