HR Manager – Lead, Strategize, and Drive Impact!

Advanced Radiology is seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all human resource functions and develop strategies aligned with our organization’s goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to oversee policy development, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives across the organization. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Shelton, CT.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives
2. Lead recruitment, retention, employee development, and performance management
3. Advise leadership on organizational issues and drive culture initiatives
4. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
5. Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; Master’s preferred
2. 6–10 years of progressive HR management experience
3. SCP, CP, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred
