A leading cannabis company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions, develop strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role involves fostering a positive work environment and supporting company growth through effective HR management.

Important Notice Regarding Work Location:
The initial work location for this position will be at our facility in Peekskill, NY. Please note that our operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to work in Peekskill for approximately 6-8 months following their start date, and transition to the Middletown location once the move is complete.

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads and employees to foster a positive work environment, drive organizational success, and support the growth of the company through effective human resource management.
