The role focuses on developing systems and processes to support employee performance, leadership accountability, and organizational stability, while ensuring consistent HR policy application.

The successful candidate will bring 7+ years of HR leadership experience, payroll and benefits ownership, and a track record in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience developing and leading HR functions.
• Experience owning payroll and benefits.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and processes.

So, what will you be doing as Human Resources Manager?

• Develop and implement systems and processes that support employee performance, leadership accountability, and organizational stability
• Ensure consistent application of HR related policies
• Escalate matters involving safety, discrimination, and compliance
• Develop and publish workforce related metrics (KPI)
• Develop and maintain recruiting pipelines for skilled and hourly roles

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or another related discipline
• 7+ years of experience developing and leading Human Resources functions
• Previous ownership of payroll and benefits
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR related policies and processes

Things considered a plus:

• MBA
• SHRM, PHR certification
• Experience in a Union environment
• HRIS selection and implementation
