Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with West Coast leaders, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support across multiple offices. The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives, coach managers, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation to align people programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a business partner or HR management role
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and HR best practices
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on HR responsibilities
  • Excellent coaching, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with HR technology and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees while serving as a strategic advisor on people-related matters.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and high‑performing workplace culture.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies, programs, systems, and processes while leveraging HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify organizational talent gaps and partner with leadership to develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to support hiring, employee development, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Provide thoughtful guidance on promotions, career development, succession planning, and organizational changes.
  • Support managers in resolving employee performance issues while ensuring consistency and compliance with employment policies and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
