We’re working with a well-established food distributor in Chula Vista that’s looking to bring on a bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Manager. This is a key on-site role responsible for leading HR operations, supporting compliance, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees alike.

The Role:
You’ll oversee HR policies and practices, manage employee relations, support performance management, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships across teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently handle confidential and sensitive matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong HR background with experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management

• Knowledge of California labor and employment laws

• Experience with HR systems—ADP required; Kronos preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve and influence at all levels

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Prior experience in the food, agriculture, or distribution industry is a plus
