Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts in New Jersey seeks a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR operations while supporting talent acquisition and select marketing initiatives. You will manage day-to-day HR tasks, advise leadership, handle onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or manager capacity.
• Relationship building and employee advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters
• Maintain and update employee records, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 3–4 hires per quarter
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategy
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates
• Oversee offer process and onboarding experience to ensure a strong candidate experience
• Assist with employer branding initiatives across digital platform
• Help manage and update company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, et)
