Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities at our Orlando property. This role partners with hotel management to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
The successful candidate will manage payroll, develop training programs, oversee employee relations, and administer benefits and compensation programs to support a positive hospitality culture.
The Human Resources Manager must be an experienced professional with knowledge of all matters relating to Human Resources: recruitment, hiring, benefits, training, employee relations, engagement, Health, Safety and compliance with both federal and state law.
It is imperative for Human Resources to ensure the hotel is hiring the best talent through strategic staffing, ensuring this talent is receiving comprehensive training, creating a safe and productive work environment and acting as an operational business partner, process facilitator and change agent.
