We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you'll operate as a true HR Manager with a sharp focus on talent management. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience, support individual and team development, drive engagement, and help shape and reinforce BRUNT’s evolving culture. You’ll be a doer— rolling up your sleeves to deliver impact every day.
