Job summary

Uline, a family-owned shipping supply specialist, seeks an HR Manager for our Ohio branch to lead the HR team and drive staffing for a new 1.4 million square-foot warehouse in Columbus. You will guide recruitment, performance, and employee relations to foster a productive workplace.

Shared responsibilities include partnering with leaders, ensuring legal compliance, and building a robust onboarding and training program across North American locations. This is an on-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
