Job summary

Uline, a family-owned shipping supply leader, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Ohio branch in Etna Township. You will guide the HR team to recruit and retain top talent and create an exceptional working environment at our large Columbus fulfillment center.

The role leads HR operations for hundreds of staff, supports staffing a new facility, and drives performance, employee relations and engagement. Travel to Uline locations in North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years HR and talent acquisition experience including management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Willingness to travel for initial training.
