Job summary

Uline is seeking a Human Resources Manager at our Ohio branch to lead HR operations for 200+ employees and guide a high-performing HR team through a period of rapid growth.

You will collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance management, employee relations and engagement, while overseeing training and development and ensuring compliance with federal and Ohio labor laws. This on-site role offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.

Pay from $120,000 to $150,000 per year

Minimum Requirements
