Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Participate as an active member of the plant management team
  2. Advise management and employees in response to questions and/or concerns and recommend an appropriate course of action.
  3. Administer employee records program such as personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations), benefits administration (enrollments, status changes) and employee statistics for government reporting (hires, terminations, etc.).
  4. Manage the payroll processes for the location
  5. Manage the employee onboarding process
  6. Manage the workforce planning process
  7. Oversee the performance review program.
  8. Conduct employee investigations
  9. Facilitate safety training

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  2. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  3. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  4. Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  5. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  6. Attention to detail and good judgement
