Pay: $90,000-$120,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development (L&D) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions while designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. We are looking for someone eager to own and grow the entire HR process, bringing new ideas, strategies, and procedures to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR (50%)
    • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies supporting organizational goals and growth.
    • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve performance, retention, and engagement.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Lead change management efforts during organizational transformation.
    • Develop and refine policies to enhance employee experience and organizational agility.
  2. General HR Operations (25%)
    • Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records.
  3. Learning and Development (25%)
    • Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps across departments.
    • Design, implement, and facilitate learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI.
    • Collaborate with managers to align L&D strategies with team and business needs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3-5 years in Learning and Development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and e-learning platforms.
  • HR or L&D certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPLP) preferred.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Experience in Construction or Electrical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
