Wayne Farms is seeking a senior Human Resources professional to support the full scope of HR responsibilities in our Mississippi operations. You will partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and steward policies, programs, and practices to strengthen our workforce.

The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration, with an emphasis on building strong talent acquisition strategies and training managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
