Human Resources Manager plays a key role in supporting the overall employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, workers' compensation, safety, training and development, HR compliance, and HRIS administration. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with department leaders to foster a positive work environment, support team member engagement, and ensure operational excellence throughout the hotel.
The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency Minneapolis reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
