Job summary

Nichebox is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our US team, supporting luxury fragrance brands Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires. You will partner with leaders across head office, field teams and retail boutiques, shaping the employee experience as the US business grows.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for US roles, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and people reporting. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HR generalist in luxury retail or premium consumer brands.
• Experience handling employee relations within US employment law.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration for multi-state US workforce.
• Familiarity with retail hiring and store openings is a plus.

Nichebox is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing US team, supporting our luxury fragrance brands, Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As the dedicated HR presence in the US, you\'ll partner with leaders and employees across our head office, field teams and retail boutiques, playing a key role in shaping the employee experience as our US business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees across the US, providing trusted HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all US-based roles, building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Support new boutique openings through recruitment, onboarding and people planning
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, learning and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with US employment legislation and company policies
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and US people systems, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity across the US business
• Deliver people reporting and contribute to global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects our luxury brands and company values

What we\'re looking for

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally within luxury retail, beauty or premium consumer environments
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases within a US employment law framework
• Experience supporting retail populations and/or new store openings strongly preferred
• Direct experience of US payroll and benefits administration
• Multi-state employment law exposure an advantage as the retail network grows
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
