Job summary

Nichebox is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the US D2C sites, TikTok Shop and Amazon for our luxury fragrance brands, Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires. You will own trading, merchandising and CRM strategies, driving growth and an exceptional luxury online experience.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across Shopify Plus, analytics and vendor partnerships, reporting into the US e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of e-commerce / marketplace management experience, with hands-on TikTok Shop and Amazon US exposure.
• Hands-on D2C website experience, trading, merchandising and CRM on Shopify Plus preferable.
• Proven track record of growing marketplace sales and meeting gross-margin targets.
• Experience managing media budgets and external agencies for performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading and commercial performance of US D2C sites, TikTok Shop and Amazon channels.
• Develop and execute e-commerce, CRM and digital trading strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Optimize website merchandising, product listings, promotions and customer journeys to boost conversion and AOV.
• Manage external agencies across website development, Amazon and TikTok to meet commercial objectives.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and affiliate programs to grow engagement and repeat purchases.
• Monitor stock availability, catalog quality and marketplace performance for an exceptional customer experience.
• Analyze channel performance and key metrics, providing insights to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on launches and initiatives.

Supporting our US e-commerce business across D2C websites, TikTok Shop and Amazon

Nichebox is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our growing US team, driving the online success of our luxury fragrance brands, Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded e-commerce professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll take ownership of our US D2C websites, TikTok Shop and Amazon marketplaces, helping drive sales growth, optimise the customer journey and deliver an exceptional luxury online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day trading and commercial performance of our US D2C websites, TikTok Shop and Amazon channels
• Develop and execute e-commerce, CRM and digital trading strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer retention
• Optimise website merchandising, product listings, promotions and customer journeys to maximise conversion and average order value
• Manage external agencies across website development, Amazon and TikTok performance, ensuring delivery against commercial objectives
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and affiliate programmes to grow customer engagement and repeat purchase
• Monitor stock availability, product catalogues and marketplace performance to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Analyse channel performance, sales and key commercial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support continued growth
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver successful product launches and commercial initiatives

What we're looking for

• 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce / marketplace management, with direct hands-on TikTok Shop and Amazon US experience (ideally within luxury, beauty or premium retail)
• Hands-on D2C website experience, trading, merchandising, content updates and CRM, ideally on Shopify Plus
• Demonstrable track record of growing marketplace sales and managing to gross-margin targets
• Experience managing media budgets and external performance / advertising agencies
• Hands-on experience launching ASINs, building Amazon storefronts and running Amazon advertising
• Experience running TikTok Shop operations, affiliate programmes and ad-driven traffic
• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills, with advanced Excel
