Job description

We're Embassy of Beauty, a UK luxury multi-brand beauty retailer dedicated to discovering the world's most niche and exceptional prestige beauty brands. We curate with intention, test everything rigorously, and only carry brands that meet our standards of authenticity, efficacy, and transparency. We've recently launched in the US, and we need an Inventory & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day to day running of our operations across both markets, spanning stock forecasting, 3PL management, and end to end ownership of US customer service.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands‑on operational management role with inventory at its core, across two live markets. Our UK business is well established with warehouse, fulfilment, and forecasting processes already in place. Our US business has recently launched with a Georgia 3PL, a growing customer base, and brand partnerships underway. Both need an experienced operator to take ownership of the day to day.

You'll be the person who keeps stock moving, brand launches on track, 3PLs accountable, and customers looked after. You'll work directly with our US Managing Director, based in our new Boca Raton office, and you'll be the operational anchor across both geographies. This is a hands‑on, self‑directed individual contributor role. There are no direct reports; success here is about personal ownership, not managing a team.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Stock forecasting and inventory, across both markets. Managing purchase orders, reorder points, safety stock, and SKU‑level planning for a wide and growing portfolio of prestige beauty brands.

3PL and warehouse management, across both markets. Managing the day to day relationship with our Georgia 3PL and our UK warehouse. SLAs, KPIs, inbound shipments, returns, and fulfilment performance across both, with you as the operational owner the 3PL teams pick up the phone to.

Brand partnerships and cross‑functional communication. Every brand deal covers both the US and UK in a single negotiation. You'll support the Managing Director on these conversations, helping with terms, pricing, exclusivity, allocations, and launch timelines as we onboard niche prestige brands that meet our curation standards. Equally important, you'll be the operational bridge to the marketing team, briefing them on inbound stock, launch dates, exclusives, and allocations so campaigns and operations stay aligned.

US customer service. Owning the customer service function for our US D2C business end to end. You'll handle order queries, delivery issues, returns, and work with the UK team to answer product questions from US customers, set the tone and service standard that matches our luxury positioning, and own CSAT and response metrics as the function scales.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

  • 2+ years in ecommerce operations with clear ownership of stock forecasting, demand planning, and 3PL or warehouse management
  • Experience in premium FMCG, with luxury beauty or prestige skincare an advantage. You understand the category and what niche brands expect from a retail partner
  • Multi‑brand environment experience, managing multiple brand relationships, forecasts, and supply chains simultaneously
  • Strong cross‑functional communicator, comfortable being the operational point of contact for marketing, brand partners, 3PL teams, and customers
  • Commercially aware. You've been involved in brand or supplier negotiations and understand how commercial terms shape an operation

Mindset:

  • A safe pair of hands. You take ownership and things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
  • A genuine passion for luxury beauty and niche brands. You care about what we carry and why
  • Highly organised and self‑directed. This is a complex, multi‑market role requiring strong independent judgement
  • Customer obsessed. You see customer service not as a cost centre but as a luxury brand's most important touchpoint
  • Comfortable across time zones. The UK operation doesn't stop because you're in Florida
WHAT WE OFFER
  • $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus
  • Health insurance contribution
  • Direct reporting line to the US Managing Director with no layers between you and the decisions that matter
  • A hand in shaping which luxury brands Embassy of Beauty carries, in both markets
  • A role that grows with the business as we scale across the US

This role is office‑based in Boca Raton, Florida.

If you love luxury beauty and want real ownership across two markets, we'd love to hear from you.
