As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead the branch HR team, supervising 1-3 office support staff.
2. Participate in the recruitment process to maintain a steady applicant pool.
3. Maintain communication and promote the referral program.
4. Coordinate targeted recruiting initiatives, collaborating with the General Manager, Regional HR Manager, and Client Service Managers.
5. Attend job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates.
6. Manage onboarding and placement processes for new employees, ensuring compliance with company standards such as PEAK and background checks.
7. Communicate open and in-process positions to branch staff.
8. Distribute weekly and monthly reports.
9. Ensure compliance with GardaWorld training requirements, including Welcome to GardaWorld, Supervisor Training, CPR, and driver assessments.
10. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as co-writing eNPS action plans and promoting recognition programs like Officer of the Month and Making a Difference Awards.
