Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing facility near Neenah/Menasha, WI. This non-union plant will rely on you to align talent, culture, and organizational performance with business goals, supported by a Sr.

HR Generalist for a ~250-person workforce. You will drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and performance processes, while partnering with leadership on Total Rewards and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
• 5+ years related HR experience in a manufacturing organization.
• SHRM or PHR certifications preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements.
• Handle Employee relations with leadership team.
• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices.
• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process.
• Provide input to Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs.
• Evaluate workforce needs using data analytics and direct contact with Leadership, production, and scheduling teams.
• Identify training opportunities and support improvement plans through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure HR systems maintain data integrity.
• Support culture and core values, drive engagement and positive employee experience through change management and communication.
• Lead and manage the HR team, including performance and goals.

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier Manufacturing Facility near Neenah / Menasha WI area. This is a non-union plant. The HR Manager will be responsible for meeting the goals & objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting & enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. The Manager will be supported by a Sr. HR Generalist for a workforce of about 250 persons.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
