The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing facility near Neenah/Menasha, WI.

This non-union plant supports approximately 250 employees with a strong culture focused on engagement and accountability. The HR Manager will lead Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and retention while partnering with site leadership to optimize HR processes, performance management, and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
• 5+ years related HR Experience in a manufacturing organization
• SHRM or PHR Certifications preferred
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes and manufacturing
• Experience using MS Office Suite, Visio, Teams and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
• Employee relations in collaboration with leadership
• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices
• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process
• Provide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
• Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics and direct contact with Leadership, production, and scheduling teams
• Identify training and development opportunities and support improvement plans through coaching
• Ensure HR systems maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Support culture and core values, drive engagement and positive employee experience through change management and communication
• Lead and manage the HR team including performance, goals, and all personnel processes

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier Manufacturing Facility near Neenah / Menasha WI area. This is a non-union plant. The HR Manager will beresponsible for meeting the goals & objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting & enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. The Manager will be supported by a Sr. HR Generalist for a workforce of about 250 persons.
