Schedule:Monday - Friday (Atleast 3 days per week onsite)

SUMMARY:

The Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR Operations including employee relations, benefits administration, leave administration, human resource onboarding & compliance. The Manager, Human Resources will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will partner closely with human resource colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the organization to understand challenges, trends and business critical issues.
  • Provide HR support to ensure the business achieves operational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and counsel to the organization regarding HR Policies, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, diversity, organizational development/succession planning, labor relations, performance management and organizational effectivenes.
  • Evaluates, recommends, and implements changes and improvements in benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, FSA ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and strategies.
  • Analyzes existing benefit plans, policies, and prevailing practices among best in class organizations to establish remarkable benefits programs that are managed flawlessly.
  • Ensures plans run smoothly, investigates discrepancies, improves benefit performance and efficiency, analyzes operations and enhance/restructure processes as necessary.
  • Leads projects associated with benefits administration.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely administration of all leave programs.
  • Acts as a liaison between participants and vendors with regards to leave issues.
  • Provides guidance to employees regarding leave policies and procedures.
  • Resolves leave escalations from employees and management; and provides guidance to members of the Human Resources department, management, and general employee population regarding leave policies and procedures.
  • Assists in fulfillment of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Interface with all areas of the human resources, external vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and assist with the resolution of compliance matters as well administrative tasks for the compliance department."

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
