Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations for our Hillsboro, Oregon location. This hands-on role partners with leadership on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR program administration.

The ideal candidate balances strategic HR initiatives with daily employee support, managing onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR policies, and HRIS data integrity while driving engagement and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Lead and support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data for leadership review.
  • Assist with compensation reviews and workforce planning efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across the organization.

This position requires the candidate to be on-site at their Hillsboro, OR location.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a growing workforce. This role will partner closely with leadership on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and HR program administration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily employee support. Responsibilities are aligned with typical HR Manager functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus. Typical HR Manager backgrounds include a bachelor''s degree and several years of progressive HR experience.
