Job summary

Image Associates Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager who can work independently to partner with plant leadership, align HR initiatives with corporate goals, and improve productivity and morale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, including substantial HR Manager responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience with skilled hourly workers is required.
• HR certification (SPHR or PHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, plant safety, and EH&S reporting is a plus.

• Provide compliance reports to OSHA and other government agencies.
• Provide human resources reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum five to ten years’ experience in human resources, including significant experience in an HR Manager role.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment with skilled hourly workers.
• HR certification, SPHR or PHR is preferred.
• Should have some knowledge about OSHA, plant safety, and environmental, health, and safety requirements and reporting.
