Job summary

Image Associates Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with management, align HR with corporate goals, and boost productivity and morale. You will oversee HR for both salaried and hourly employees in a manufacturing setting.

The role covers recruitment, relations, benefits, development, training, communications, policy implementation, and wage administration while ensuring OSHA and EH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum five to ten years’ experience in human resources, including significant HR Manager experience.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment with skilled hourly workers.
• HR certification, SPHR or PHR is preferred.
• Should have knowledge about OSHA, plant safety, and environmental, health, and safety requirements and reporting.
