Prime Healthcare Services in Elgin, IL is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for Saint Joseph Hospital. The role focuses on recruitment, training, employee relations, and policy advisory to executives, with full-time, on-site hours Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in HR, healthcare experience, and knowledge of wage-and-hour laws. Master’s degree preferred. Competitive Total Rewards package offered.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656 to 136,344 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
