Saint Francis Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, day-shift role in Evanston, IL. The position supports day-to-day HR operations, administers HR policies, and handles complex HR activities across levels in the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR (or related field) and 1–2 years of HR experience, with healthcare exposure preferred. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,803.20 to $95,284.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
