SkyWater Search Partners in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an HR Manager to own the people function end to end in a hands-on, generalist capacity. This role focuses on hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations and policy, with a PEO partner handling much of the administrative workload.

Reporting to the President and with access to senior leadership, you will build out the function now and grow a team later in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (on-site four days per week) Employment type: Full-time, exempt Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 base, plus 10% annual bonus target and benefits

Role Summary
