The role is onsite, reporting to the CEO, and will help shape scalable HR programs, talent acquisition, and leadership partnerships for a growing organization.

The position supports a ~50-person operation with plans for significant growth. You will build processes, drive change, and balance an entrepreneurial culture with the structure needed

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Management experience.
  • Strong talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience with hourly and salaried employee populations.
  • Manufacturing/blue-collar industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, benefits, compensation and employment law.
  • Experience building or improving HR processes and infrastructure.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Support workforce growth plans and workforce planning.
  • Build and enhance HR processes, policies, and programs for scaling the organization.
  • Manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance.
  • Oversee benefits administration, renewals, and 401(k) administration.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations and performance management.

Job description

Our client, a global manufacturing company in Doylestown, PA is seeking its first dedicated Human Resources Manager to support the US operation. The company has approximately 50 employees and significant growth plans, this newly created role will be instrumental in building scalable HR programs, supporting talent acquisition, and partnering with leadership to shape the future of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building processes, driving change, and making a meaningful impact within a growing business.

This position is onsite Monday-Friday, seeking talent local to the HQ in Doylestown, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization.
  • Support workforce growth plans and workforce planning.
  • Build and enhance HR processes, policies, and programs to support a scaling organization.
  • Manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance activities.
  • Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, and 401(k) administration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
  • Maintain and optimize BambooHR and support HR reporting and documentation.
  • Help balance the company's entrepreneurial, family-oriented culture with the structure needed for continued growth.
  • Champion employee engagement, communication, and positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Management experience.
  • Strong talent acquisition experience with the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other blue-collar industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employment law.
  • Experience building or improving HR processes and infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions
  • High proficiency with HRIS platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • A responsive and service-oriented approach, sound judgment, high professional integrity, and the discretion required to manage confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain policies and complex information clearly to employees and managers.
  • Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and operational experience to recommend improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and sensitive matters in a changing environment.
  • Comfortable working with employees at all levels, from hourly workers to executives.
  • Confident enough to influence and challenge leadership when appropriate.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and able to build from the ground up.
  • Skilled in navigating change and helping organizations evolve.
  • Professional, resilient, and relationship oriented.
