We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of team members.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state labor law requirements.
• Foster a positive working environment and company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven working experience, minimum of 5 years as HR Manager.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Preferred Skills:
