Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead and support the HR team across core areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Review and update internal policies, procedures, and employee handbooks regularly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Promote employee engagement and communication through regular interaction and support.
  • Manage the performance review process, goal setting, and career development planning.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to drive improvements and support strategic planning.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams and utilize technology to streamline HR processes across locations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
