ConMet - Canton, NC Location: Human Resources Manager

ConMet is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic, people-focused, and results-driven manufacturing team. If you are passionate about being a cultural steward and strategic partner, we encourage you to apply!

What You Will Do:

• Provide leadership to the plant HR, training, and EHS departments.
• Implement strategic improvements for employee retention, training & development, safety, and employee relations.
• Manage HR initiatives and metrics aligned with company and plant goals.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and talent development processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; represent the organization in employment hearings and investigations.
• Manage Leaves of Absence, including STD, FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in HR and Safety, preferably in manufacturing.
• SHRM SCP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, benefits, discipline, hiring practices, and workers' compensation regulations.
