Turning Stone Enterprises invites applications for a Human Resources Rotational Internship Program. The role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations while contributing to strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proficient keyboarding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including telephone skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure licensing compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
• Help develop strategies to boost employee engagement and support training.
• Analyze HR data and compensation, and support payroll processing.
• Assist with benefits administration and internal communications.
• Support staffing scheduling and vendor coordination as needed.

The HR Rotational Internship Program is designed to provide interns with a well-rounded, immersive experience in various HR functions. Over the course of the program, interns will rotate through key HR departments, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to strategic projects. This structured learning experience will offer exposure to diverse HR operations, helping interns develop a broad skill set and deeper understanding of human resources management.

Responsibilities

As part of the internship, participants will assist with various HR tasks. This includes helping with recruitment, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with licensing rules. Interns will also work on strategies to boost employee engagement, support training programs, and help analyze HR data and compensation. They will contribute to managing schedules and staffing, processing payroll, handling employee benefits, resolving workplace issues, and assisting with internal communications to promote engagement.

Work Experience

• Currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar field.
• Proficient keyboarding skills and general knowledge of personal computers with Microsoft Office environment or related software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including telephone skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of various office machines such as fax, copy machine, and shredder.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Displays a pleasant demeanor, warm smile and a high aptitude of guest service. Must be willing to interact and communicate with the public. Enjoys meeting new people.
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality policy.
