Job summary

BrightStar Care of La Crosse is offering a paid HR internship in our office. The role focuses on assisting with recruiting caregivers, CNAs, and nurses, and supporting onboarding tasks.

You will post openings, review applications, schedule interviews, and help with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and credential tracking. The internship provides training and development opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Some prior employment experience preferred.
