NAICA is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support an urgent HR records migration and compliance project. The intern will assist with extracting and organizing employee personnel records from NAICA’s former HRIS, Rippling, and preparing those records for migration to the organization’s new HRIS, Paycom.
This project is time-sensitive due to the impending loss of access to Rippling. Completing the records extraction and migration before access ends is critical to preventing the potential permanent loss of employee records and ensuring NAICA maintains appropriate personnel documentation.
The intern will also assist with organizing personnel records in accordance with applicable recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements. This includes identifying and appropriately separating medical and other confidential employee records from general personnel files in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local recordkeeping, confidentiality, and privacy requirements and ensuring that sensitive information is maintained in secure, restricted-access locations.
