Aufgaben

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle HR Exposure: Assist the HR team with daily operations across the employee lifecycle. You will gain hands‑on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding processes, HRIS data management, and performance management tracking with the guidance and supervision of HR professionals.
• Cultural Champion: Develop initiatives that align with organizational behavior principles and current leadership theories to strengthen team cohesion and information flow across departments.
• Feedback & Analysis: Design and distribute post‑event surveys to measure engagement levels, analyze the data, and provide actionable recommendations for future HR initiatives.
• Inclusive Design: Ensure all events and engagement strategies are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards, creating a welcoming environment for all staff.
• Internal Communications: Draft compelling internal communications to promote upcoming events and encourage high participation rates.

Essential Mental & Physical Function

Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.

Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.

This job posting may span more than one job level. The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $20 hourly.
