Maven Companies Inc. is seeking an HRIS Administrator & Data Integrity Analyst (50% HRIS admin, 50% data analytics) to support Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo environments.

You will configure HR systems, analyze data, and resolve issues to ensure data quality for HR processes across a large user population. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years in HR cloud systems, 3+ years in data analysis, and strong Excel/SQL reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years HR cloud systems configuration and administration/support experience.
• 3+ years data analysis and reporting experience in HR context.
• Experience supporting environments with 8k+ users.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to train end users.
• Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge is the #1 priority; Taleo is the #2 priority.
• Experience with data quality procedures and HR data governance.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, including charts and pivots.
• Knowledge of SQL and HR reporting development.
• Ability to bridge technical and user-facing perspectives and manage technical projects.

This role is HRIS Administration (50%) & Data Integrity Analysis (50%)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 2+ years of Human Resources cloud systems configuration, and administration/support experience required.
• 3+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience preferably in the HR Systems/Department.
• Proven history of supporting environments of 8k+ users
• Strong client service skills as you apply functional and technical knowledge to proactively troubleshoot issues and conduct knowledge transfer with end users.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is there #1 priority for systems experience. Similar application knowledge including security architecture will be considered
• Taleo is #2 priority for systems experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members to understand and develop technology solutions for business needs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet established deadline.
• Functional human resources knowledge with a firm understanding of HR processes and data, especially as related to Human Resources systems.
• Operational knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Resource or similar cloud Information System (HRIS) systems.
• Ability to configure, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Human Resource system issues.
• Ability to provide data analysis in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data charting and pivots.
• Knowledge of SQL and report development and administrations.
• Ability to use a holistic view of global systems structure and Human Resources processes.
• Ability to understand both the technical and user-facing sides of the system.
• Ability to implement data quality procedures and processes.
• Skills in technical project management.
• Skilled in effective verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a healthcare industry or other highly matrixed organizational environments is preferred
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst is preferred
